Interested members of Geotechnics Switzerland visited the construction site of Swiss Re, which impressively illustrates the challenges of geotechnical engineering in very soft, saturated subsoil formations in a sensitive urban environment. The aperitif and dinner at Swiss Re’s Klubhaus in a cozy atmosphere provided the opportunity for lively discussions.
